I engage organizations to align people to strategy, empowering everyone to embrace what’s next.
True transformation is derived, not imposed.
Organizations are, ideally, humans organized to serve a purpose. The more effectively your people work with one another, the more efficiently strategy becomes execution. But even the most compelling vision can stall when the human system isn’t along for the journey. Unresolved relational friction doesn’t stay hidden — it shows up on the balance sheet, in stalled initiatives, costly turnover, and change efforts that never quite take.
I partner with leaders to resolve what’s really driving that friction, and to build the human skills that turn strategic intent into lasting momentum.
People are the mechanism, not the obstacle.
As a Registered Organization Development Consultant (ISODC), I work directly with your organizational community — through surveys, focus groups, interviews, targeted coaching, and learning facilitation — to surface the relational patterns holding your organization back. There’s no off-the-shelf program here. It’s a customized, collaborative discovery process that uncovers root causes beneath the symptoms and empowers your community to confidently engage an ever-changing world.
My name is Jacqueline Gargiulo. I bring nearly two decades of experience in cultural and digital transformation across nonprofit, transportation, manufacturing, and global consulting organizations — a cross-pollinated relational perspective that allows me to engage your internal team and witness what you may be too close to discern.
My intuition for human dynamics was forged early. Raised as a military dependent and educated across global school systems, I learned to navigate diverse cultures before I had a name for it. That adaptability is matched by a lifelong practice in musical performance and vocal ensembles, which built my capacity for deep listening and harmonious collaboration — skills I bring to each engagement of whole systems, teams, and individuals.
Grounded in the social sciences — psychology, sociology, anthropology, and biology — I hold a Master of Science in Management and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University and a facilitator certification in the Science of Mindfulness.
Progress your people can act on, at every level.
A development approach to engaging systems recognizes what a management approach often misses: every conversation, every inquiry, every encounter shifts the community it touches. Diagnosis and dialogue aren’t separate stages — they happen at once, at every layer of the organization. What you walk away with isn’t a recommendation to cascade downward. It’s an empowered organization, in motion, ready to execute organizational purpose and engage what comes next.
Engage OD is for you if:
> You’re an executive team or board sensing that your next evolution will only hold if your people are aligned, not just informed.
> You’re leading through a volatile, uncertain environment and need your people to adapt with agency and accountability — not just compliance.
> You’re seeing a drop in engagement, execution, or retention and need to understand the root cause before you invest in a fix.
> You sense the friction is relational, not structural, but haven’t had the space or the outside perspective to confirm it.
Let’s get acquainted, and see where the conversation leads.
